Tony Cogliandro (tcogliandro@sidasaves.com) is SIDA’s Executive Director.  Tony, a former Army Officer and West Point graduate, has extensive background and experience in wholesale distribution (ABC Supply Co.), Building Material manufacturing (Owens Corning), and Building Material Cooperatives (President and CEO of NEMEON).   Tony stated goals for SIDA are:

1. Assist the members become financially stronger in their markets with better programs and services . . . Leveling the playing field by using our collective purchasing power to influence the market and partner with Preferred Vendor manufacturers and service providers.
2. Further develop our strong relationships with our vendors to make SIDA the organization of choice for them to communicate & deal with and to depend upon.
3. Build the SIDA Brand that not only builds recognition among our peers, but with the industry.
4. Develop more proactive, educational and enabling meetings where SIDA members will take away at least 1 or 2 great ideas that will make their business stronger and more effective.

5. Build an Esprit de Corps and cohesion within SIDA that will build enthusiasm for our organization and what it stands for.

Scott Snowball (ssnowball@sidasaves.com) has been Director of Operations of S.I.D.A. since March, 2008.  Formerly with Broward Roofing Supply, a long time S.I.D.A. member, Scott brings a keen understanding of the needs of the group from the member's perspective.
